A new batch of Lembas!
- 30g sunflower oil
- 1 egg
- 50g "appeldiksap" (thick apple juice?)
- 50g maple syrup
- 150g prairie flour (whole wheat flour, whole wheat, soy, rye flour, gluten, oat, flax seed, wheat bran, sunflower pits, barley, malt)
- 100g whole rye flour
- 6g yeast
Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead till it forms a smooth dough.
Let rest for an hour or 2 in the refrigerator.
Roll out on a baking plate to make it about 1.5 cm thick. Precut into pieces with the back of a knife.
Pre-heat the oven at 150 degrees celcius, and bake for around 30 minutes.
